Deputy Minister Major General Le Van Tuyen attended and delivered a keynote speech at the event.
In 2022, under the direction of the Public Security Central Party Committee and leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, and thanks to the coordination of other agencies and units, the department successfully completed its basic tasks.
For their outstanding achievements, the department was honored with the “Emulation” Flag by the MPS while various police officers and subunits were also rewarded by authorities of various levels.
Speaking at the event, the deputy minister applauded the efforts and achievements gained by the department in 2022.
Regarding the work plan for 2023, Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen asked the department to thoroughly and closely follow the Resolution of the Public Security Central Party Committee, the instructions of the Minister of Public Security on the tasks of the Public Security Forces in 2023.
They should improve the quality of consulting work, promulgate legal documents according to its function of State management of capital construction in the Public Security Forces, and proactively advise the MPS to continue amending, supplementing and perfecting regulations in this field.
It should speed up the progress of key projects invested in by the MPS while finalizing a master plan on land use for security purpose in the 2021-2030 period with a vision to 2050, as well as a plan to arrange premises and land in the centrally-run cities and provinces for the MPS to submit the Prime Minister.
