Department of Security Investigation launches 2025–2030 “For National Security” emulation movement

The Department of Security Investigation under the Ministry of Public Security held a meeting to launch the 2025-2030 “For National Security” emulation movement across the security investigation sector, on April 23, in Hanoi.

During the 2020–2025 period, under the leadership of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry’s leadership, the Party Committee and leaders of the department led their subordinate units and organizations to effectively implement the emulation movement in couple with the movement to study and follow President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality and style.

In fact, the movement was vibrant and widespread that inspired all officers and enlistees working in the sector to excellently fulfill their political missions.

Thanks to the effective implementation of the emulation movement, the department achieved significant success in its professional work from the investigation and prosecution of security cases to giving its affiliates guidance on investigation of security cases, advising the higher-level authority on security issues, conducting research on specific subjects, and holding suspects in temporary detention.

At the meeting, the Security Investigation Department honored 3 units and 20 officers for their outstanding achievements in the “For National Security” emulation movement over the past time.

Addressing the meeting, Director of the Security Investigation Department Major General Hoang Van Ha praised the typical exemplary units and officers in the “For National Security” emulation movement in the 2020-2025 period.

The Director urged all officers and enlistees in the security investigation sector to thoroughly perceive President Ho Chi Minh’s Call for Patriotic Emulation as well as and the Party and State’s resolutions on renovating and enhancing the quality of emulation and commendation work, adding that each officer should clearly understand the significance of the “For National Security” emulation movement so as to make their parts to achieving political goals and building a clean and strong Party organization.

Regarding the professional work of the department, Major General Hoang Van Ha called on each investigator to seriously observe discipline and always try their best to fulfill all of their assigned tasks.

To continue the achievements and successfully fulfill future tasks, Major General Hoang Van Ha officially launched the 2025–2030 “For National Security” emulation movement and called on all officers to uphold the department’s heroic tradition, maintain internal solidarity and overcome all challenges to achieve more success in the coming time.
