The Training Department of the Ministry of Public Security held a conference, on the morning of December 30, 2022, in Hanoi, to review the work results in 2022 and roll out the work program in 2023.

A summary report at the conference stated that the Training Department of the Ministry of Public Security advised the Public Security Central Party Committee and leaders of the Ministry of Public Security to issue many major policies and decisions to regulate education and training activities in the People's Public Security Forces, such as developing the Project "Improving the quality of education and training in the People's Public Security Forces until 2030 to meet the goal of building truly clean, strong, regular, elite, modern People's Public Security Forces"; deploying a project to renovate university enrollment process in public security schools in the period of 2022 - 2025.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To spoke highly of the positive results that the Department of Training had achieved in 2022.

In order for improve the quality of education and training in the People's Public Security Forces, Deputy Minister Tran Quoc To suggested that the Department of Training thoroughly grasp resolutions of the Public Security Central Party Committee and instructions of the Minister of Public Security on the work program for the Public Security Forces in 2023.

It should actively coordinate with other relevant agencies and units in studying the training needs of the entire People's Public Security Forces in the following years so that training programs are all suitable for the actual situation.

The department should also pay attention to developing a corps of teachers and educational administrators at public security schools to meet the requirements for education and training in the current period.
