Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam attends drill in security emergency in Ninh Binh

PSNews–The Provincial Police of Ninh Binh on October 8 organized a real-force drill in implementing the plan to resolve security and order disturbances, attack terrorists and rescue hostages, and fight fires and rescue people.

The event saw the presence of Senior Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam, member of the Central Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security; leaders of Ninh Binh province and Military Zone 3.

The drill was participated by some 1,300 police officers and soldiers of Ninh Binh, various advanced vehicles and equipment. The drill was organized into 3 phases and had 4 levels.

The drill aimed to further raise the awareness and responsibility of the local police force; check leadership and command mechanisms as well as train the combat skills and coordination between the armed forces of Ninh Binh province and local agencies, and organizations in preventing, fighting and handling security disturbances, violence and terrorism, contributing to ensuring political security and social order and safety in the province.
