According to a leader of the Department of Organization and Personnel under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS), pursuant to the Law on election of deputies to the National Assembly and People's Councils, the MPS has organized 83 polling stations for public security officers and soldiers stationed in different localities across the country (including 02 polling stations at the headquarters of the Ministry of Public Security and 81 polling stations at agencies and units under the MPS and local police departments).

Particularly, officers and soldiers of several under-ministerial public security agencies will cast their votes at Polling Station No.7 located in Tran Binh Trong street, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi on May 23, 2021. All polling booths, ballot boxes and decorations have been arranged in the polling place in accordance with the regulations.

Anti-pandemic medical supplies such as antiseptic hand sanitizers and facemasks, social distancing, and measurement of body temperature of voters will be applied in an effort to prevent the spread of the COVID-19.

During the inspection, Senior Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam highly appreciated the preparation for the election at Polling Station No. 7. He requested the Election Group of Polling Station No. 7 to coordinate with relevant units under the MPS to ensure absolute security, order, and safety on election day, while following fire safety and strictly anti-pandemic regulations of the Ministry of Health, contributing to the successful organization of the election.
