Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam works with Bac Lieu police

PSNews - Addressing the working session, Senior Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam recognised and highly appreciated efforts and contributions of public security forces of Bac Lieu province over the past time. 

Senior Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam, Deputy Minister of Public Security, led a delegation of the Public Security Ministry to pay a working visit to the Bac Lieu Provincial Police on September 9 afternoon.

At the meeting, Senior Colonel Le Tan Toi, Director of the Bac Lieu Provincial Police briefed the deputy minister and the delegation on the local police force’s performance in the first 9 months of 2017.

According to the report, the Bac Lieu Provincial Police took specialized measures to strictly manage key areas whilethoroughly grasping the local social order situation.

"We also promptly advised the authorities to direct relevant forces to crack down on harmful activities of hostile forces while effectively handling special crimes in Bac Lieu, contributing to ensuring national security and social order in the province," he added.

Meanwhile, the state management of information security has seen positive changes as scientific and technological advances have been applied to administrative procedures, saving time and money for organizations, enterprises and people. 

The movement "All People Protecting National Security" has been implemented in accordance to the real situation of each locality of the province.

Addressing the working session, Senior Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam recognised and highly appreciated efforts and contributions of public security forces of Bac Lieu province over the past time.

On behalf of the Central Party Committee of Public Security and the Public Security Ministry, he sincerely thanked the authorities  and people of Bac Lieu province for their support for the Bac Lieu Provincial Police in particular and public security forces locally stationed in general, and hoped that they would continue supporting the Bac Lieu Provincial Police in the future.

"Our country is accelerating international integration in a deep and extensive manner so public security forces at all levels take a heavier mission of ensuring social order and security. the Bac Lieu Provincial Police should thoroughly grasp the local situation, and focus on carrying out mass mobilization activities as well as improving the quality and efficiency of professional measures," he stressed.

He also noted that the Bac Lieu Provincial Police leadership should uphold sense of solidarity, attach importance to its Party building and force building, and fully and rightfully carry out the regims and policies for officers and soldiers.

Earlier, Deputy Minister Bui Van Nam and the delegation of the Ministry of Public Security had offered incense and laid flowery wreaths at the Memorial Hall of President Ho Chi Minh in the headquarter of the Bac Lieu Provincial Police.
