Over the past time, under the direction of the MPS leadership and the Department of Security Industry and thanks to the company’s efforts, Thanh Binh Company was proactive and innovative in R&D so it gradually developed high-quality products that got positive feedback from users in the Public Security Forces as well as from the market, which helped maintain employment and incomes for its workers and made a significant contribution to the state budget.

The company also actively invested in research and development to improve product quality, maintained stable growth, successfully fulfilled all assigned tasks, effectively supporting the task implementation of the Public Security Forces in the new context, while gradually affirming its position in the market.

Meanwhile, its Party Committee attached great importance to strengthening Party and political work, and made a notable improvement of Party building work, leadership capacity and the fighting ability of Party organizations and members.

Under the leadership of the company’s Party Committee, organizational and personnel work was implemented in a synchronous and regulated manner, while policies and benefits for officers and employees were carried out in accordance with regulations.

Addressing the working session, Deputy Minister Dang Hong Duc acknowledged and commended the company’s efforts and achievements in recent times.

Giving work orientations for the company in the coming period, the Deputy Minister requested Thanh Binh Company to assign specific revenue and profit targets to each section and each personnel, expand its business sectors and strengthen the promotion of its brand and products in the market.

He also emphasized that the company should proactively accelerate the implementation of its business plans, ensure the legitimate rights and interests of its employees in accordance with the law, coordinate with relevant units to test and evaluate the quality of its products, strengthen cooperation with other enterprises, continue developing new products, and gradually master core technologies.
