Major General Le Quoc Hung, Deputy Minister of Public Security attended and delivered a speech at the 13th Party Congress of the Cao Bang police Party organization on August 8th - 9th.

According to the political report of the last term, the Party Committee of the Cao Bang police proactively advised the provincial Party Committee and authorities to effectively implement plans on ensuring national security, social order and safety, and building a strong and clean public security force of Cao Bang province.

Under the leadership of its Party Committee, the Cao Bang Provincial Police Department opened many raids criminal activities which caused a lot of public concern in localities. As a result, many dangerous criminal gangs and drug trafficking rings were destroyed while the rate of successful investigation of serious criminal cases reached 100 percent.

At the same time, the Cao Bang police Party organization focused on its Party and force building work as well as completed the project on posting professional police officers to all communes.

Speaking at the congress, the deputy minister Le Quoc Hung requested, the Cao Bang police Party organization continue to launch campaigns against all types of crimes. He also asked the Cao Bang provincial police forces should ensure absolute security for the 19th Cao Bang provincial Party Congress.

At the congress, delegates elected a Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term. They also elected a delegation to attend the 19th Cao Bang provincial Party Congress.
