Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung joins enlistment event in Quang Binh

All localities in Quang Binh province held events to see off local youths who will join military or public security units to do national service.

Deputy Minister of Public Security Major General Le Quoc Hung and leaders of the province attended the event in Le Thuy district on Feb. 17.

This year, all enlistment events were held for a short time due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and  all participants had to strictly abide by anti-Covid regulations.

At the ceremony, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung express his hope that all enlistees will make efforts to train to become good soldiers for the People's Army and Public Security Forces. 

The Deputy Minister also directly assigned tasks to those who will do national service in the Public Security Forces.

The local authorities, on the osscasion, also carried out support policies for the newly recruited youths, especially those coming from needy families, so they can fulfil their duties in the coming time.
