Deputy Minister Le Quy Vuong checks security preparation for Hung Kings’ Death Anniversary

Senior Lieutenant General Le Quy Vuong, Deputy Minister of Public Security and Mr. Ha Ke San, Member of the Standing Board of the Phu Tho Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Phu Tho Provincial People’s Committee on April 22 visited and encouraged the police officers and soldiers in charge of ensuring security and order at the Hung Kings Temple during the celebration of Hung Kings’ Death Anniversary.

At the Information and Command Center of the Phu Tho Provincial Police located at the Hung Kings Temple site, Deputy Minister Le Quy Vuong and Mr. Ha Ke San were briefed on the plans to ensure security and order, traffic order and safety, fire prevention and fighting work at the site and other venues of related cultural and festive events in Viet Tri city and districts of Phu Ninh and Lam Thao.

Deputy Minister Le Quy Vuong and Mr. Ha Ke San praised the efforts of the police officers and soldiers of the Phu Tho Provincial Police Department and relevant forces of the Ministry of Public Security, who have been striving to overcome many difficulties to ensure security and order for the celebration.

Deputy Minister Le Quy Vuong also urged the police force of Phu Tho to bring into full play their experiences and achievements in protecting the previous editions of the Hung Kings’ Death celebration and Hung Kings Temple Festival in the past years to ensure absolute safety security for this year’ activities. He instructed the force to focus on the major rituals in commemoration of the Hung Kings to be held on the 10th day of the third lunar month.

He also asked all responsible police forces to guide and regulate traffic routes, creating favorable conditions for Vietnamese people at home and overseas to pay tribute to the national ancestors as well as international tourists to join the Vietnamese in the celebration.
