The event also saw the presence of other NA deputies to Bac Lieu province, including  Mr. Le Minh Khai, Member of the Party Central Committee and Governmental Inspector General, and Ms. Tran Thi Hoa Ry, Vice Chairman of the NA’s Council for Ethnic Affairs.

At the meeting, voters listened to the NA deputy delegation’s briefing on the 9th NA sitting session. The local voters also raised concerns over various issues related to security, order, socio-economic development, and COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control.

Particularly, the voters gave their ideas and recommendations on issues, including policies for national contributors, the implementation of the Law on Cyber-security and the Law on Military Service.

At the meeting, the NA deputies and representatives of local authorities answered questions raised by local voters and promised to present the unanswered questions to the NA at the next sitting or sent them to relevant agencies.

Speaking at the meeting, on behalf of the Bac Lieu Provincial NA Delegation, Deputy Minister Le Tan Toi expressed his gratitudeto the local Party committees, authorities, and voters for their ideas and constructive opinions.

On this occasion, the Deputy Minister also briefed voters on the domestic and international security situations. He hoped that the local voters will continue to follow the guidelines of the Party and the State and further contribute to the course of national construction and defense.
