Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen visits Dak Lak Provincial Police Department

Deputy Minister of Public Security Major General Le Van Tuyen recently paid a visit to the Dak Lak Provincial Police Department.

Director of the Provincial Police Department Major General Le Vinh Quy briefed the Deputy Minister on work results of the provincial police in 2021, saying that they ensured absolute safety and security for important political events held in the province, including the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term.

The police forces of Dak Lak also launched four intensive campaigns to suppress crimes, especially organized crime, theft, gambling, "black credit", and ensure political security, social order and safety in the locality.

Meanwhile,  the clearance rate of criminal cases reached 94.82%, of which all serious cases were solved.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen recognized the efforts and achievements that the Dak Lak provincial police have made over the past time.

Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen encourages young citizens who join the military and Public Security Forces.

He asked them to heighten their sense of responsibility to successfully fulfill all tasks assigned to them by the Ministry of Public Security and reduce the rate of criminal offenses. 

As the Dak Lak Provincial Police Department is among the leading units in administrative reforms, Deputy Minister Tuyen asked it to continue creating favorable conditions for people and enterprises to do business and invest in the province, contributing to local socio-economic development.

* On the afternoon of the same day, Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen and other delegates attended an enlistment event in which local youths join the armed forces to do national service.
