Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen works with public security finance and logistics sectors

Major General Le Van Tuyen, Deputy Minister of Public Security, attended and delivered a keynote speech at a conference on planning, finance, logistics and technique of the Public Security Forces in Q1 of 2022, held in Hanoi on April 5.

The event saw the presence of leaders from the MPS Office and relevant units.

Delegates at the conference reviewed the Public Security Forces’ performances in finance and logistics in Q1, discussed difficulties and obstacles to the coordination mechanisms between finance and logistics management agencies and public security units, and  worked out breakthrough solutions to reforming administrative procedures for more efficiency and effectiveness of the financial and logistical work in the future.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Le Van Tuyen highlighted the importance of planning, finance, logistics and technical services to operations of the Public Security Forces, and urged the planning, logistics, finance and technical services sectors to follow the Resolution No. 12-NQ/TW of the Politburo and the Project 203 of the Public Security Central Party Committee, and actively develop good plans to implement the documents and provide appropriate funding, logistics and services for public security agencies and units.

All agencies and units were requested to accelerate disbursement according to the 2022 budget allocation plan, focusing on investment and procurement projects.

The departments responsible for planning, finance, logistics and technical services should further review and revise documents in the fields of planning, finance, logistics and technical services.

Based on their functions and tasks, agencies and units should strengthen coordination among one another in implementing Circular No. 28/2028/TT-BCA.

Additionally, they should promote the application of information technology to their work and build a shared data system among one another based on their common tasks.
