Deputy Minister Nguyen Duy Ngoc pays courtesy visit to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Security of Laos

The 2nd Annual Conference of Ministers of Public Security and Interior of Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam took place, on the morning of June 30, in the Cambodian capital city of Phnom Penh.
