The meeting also saw the presence of Mr. Nguyen Van Thang, Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee; Ngo Hoang Ngan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee and representatives of relevant agencies.

As of February 17,328 professional police officers were posted to all 98 local communes of the province.

Initial results have showed that the professional police force in the communes has effectively advised the Party committees and authorities at the grassroots level on measures to ensure local security and order as well as to reorganize the communal police force.

The local police force, under the direction of the communal Party committees and authorities, have successfully fulfilled their duties, increased regular patrols and prevented crimes in the localities. The presence of the regular police force in communes has been highly appreciated by local governments and people.

At the meeting, the Deputy Minister asked the Quang Ninh Provincial Police Department to create favorable conditions and policies for the professional police force in the communes.

Meanwhile, police officers at communes must raise their sense of responsibility, set a moral example at work and in life and continuously improve their qualities and professional expertise. He emphasized that the deployment of the professional police officers to communes was a significant political task of the Ministry of Public Security.
