Over the years, the Party committees, People’s Committees and mass organizations at all levels in Cao Bang province have paid due attention to the “All People Protecting National Security” movement, promoting it in a comprehensive, in-depth and effective manner, tailored to the characteristics of each commune in the province.

Currently, the province is launching 41 models that effectively engage the public in maintaining security and order at the grassroots level.

These models have emerged from practical needs attracting proactive and voluntary participation from local residents, contributing significantly to crime prevention and the protection of security and order at the grassroots level.

Specifically, Quang Uyen commune, despite facing numerous difficulties,  has made considerable efforts to build and expand the “All People Protecting National Security” movement to the local community.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Nguyen Ngoc Lam acknowledged the achievements of the Party Committee and people of Cao Bang province in general, and Quang Uyen commune in particular, in safeguarding security and order and fostering the “All People Protecting National Security” movement.

He urged the Party Committees and People’s Committees of Cao Bang province and Quang Uyen commune to continue thoroughly implementing the guidelines of the Party, State policies and directives of the Ministry of Public Security on ensuring public order and promoting the movement in a disciplined, practical and effective manner.

The Deputy Minister also expressed his hope that each official, Party member and resident of Quang Uyen commune would demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and actively contribute to the movement through practical and meaningful actions, as well as join hands with the Public Security Forces in combating crimes and building a safe, orderly, and disciplined residential community, where every citizen plays a part in protecting national security.

In addition, Deputy Minister Nguyen Ngoc Lam requested the Cao Bang Provincial Police Department to try its best to fulfill their mission of ensuring public security and order, while playing a core role in effectively implementing the “All People Protecting National Security” movement across the province.

On this occasion, the Ministry of Public Security, the People’s Committee of Cao Bang province, and the Cao Bang Provincial Police Department presented gifts to 50 policy beneficiary families, national contributors and disadvantaged households in Quang Uyen commune.
