Over the past time, the “All people protecting national security” movement in Van Yen district in general and Mau A town in particular has achieved numerous notable results, mobilizing the strength of the great unity bloc in strengthening the national defense posture and the people’s security posture.
Notably, Mau A town has effectively run 8 security and order protection models and 11 social reconciliation teams in local residential areas, while completing the organization of 11 security and order protection teams with 33 members.
Addressing the event, Deputy Minister Nguyen Ngoc Lam acknowledged and praised the Party committees, authorities and people of Yen Bai province in general and Van Yen district, Mau A town in particular for their outstanding achievements in the “All people protecting national security” movement.
To further promote the “All people protecting national security” movement in the coming time, Deputy Minister Nguyen Ngoc Lam proposed that the authorities of Yen Bai province in general as well as of Van Yen district and Mau A town continue to attach importance to building and developing the movement in a practical and effective manner.
The Deputy Minister also requested the Yen Bai Provincial Police Department continue to successfully perform their main tasks of ensuring security and order, as well as efficiently play their core role in building and spreading the movement while duplicating typical models and examples in protecting security and order in the province.
On the occasion, Deputy Minister Nguyen Ngoc Lam awarded MPS medals and certificates of merit to collectives and individuals for their outstanding achievements in the movement, and presented 30 gifts to policy beneficiary families and poor students in the town.
