Particularly, it has succeeded in employing the Ministry of Public Security’s specialized digital signature system, which has changed the paper-based method of declaration and reporting of fees into am electronic one via the tax sector’s platform.

By using digital signatures on electronic documents in the tax sector’s electronic platform, the Quang Ninh Police Force has attained a notable achievement. The Quang Ninh Police Force has demonstrated its strong determination, high sense of responsibility and pioneering spirit in implementing the directions of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security on creating breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and digital transformation. Its effort helps save time and costs while creating a model for nationwide replication.

On behalf of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Long praises the Quang Ninh Provincial Police Department for its achievements in digital transformation.
