Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Long inspects Hoa Binh Provincial Police Department

A delegation of the Ministry of Public Security led by Deputy Minister Major General Nguyen Van Long inspected task performance of police forces in Hoa Binh province in 2022 and worked with the Hoa Binh Provincial Police Department, on November 9.

Reports delivered at a meeting between the delegation and local police leaders read, the Hoa Binh Provincial Police had proactively advised the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee of Hoa Binh to promulgate various documents guiding the work of ensuring security and order in the province while taking professional approaches to prevent and drastically fight crime.

On behalf of the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Long praised the achievements that the local police forces and the Hoa Binh Provincial Police Department have achieved in recent years.

Regarding key tasks for the provincial police forces to complete in the coming time, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Long requested that the Hoa Binh Provincial Police Department review the assigned tasks and draw up plans to complete them, continue to implement Resolution No. 12-NQ/TW on the building of truly clean, strong, regular, elite, modern People's Public Security Forces to meet the task requirements in the current situation while focusing on crime prevention and combat from now until the Lunar New Year of 2023 according to the direction of the Ministry of Public Security.

The local police forces should also complete the targets set out for the implementation of Project 06 and restore illegally owned weapons, explosives and support tools.

The deputy minister asked leaders of all local police units to set examples in doing their duties, Party building and force building.
