Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh works with Ha Giang Provincial Police

PSNews – Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, Deputy Minister of Public Security had a working session with the Ha Giang Provincial Police on May 29. 

The working session saw the participations of Deputy Chief of the Ha Giang Provincial Party Committee and representatives of relevant agencies and units under the Ministry of Public Security.

At the meeting, delegates evaluated results of implementing Resolution 4 of the Party Central Committee of the 12th Central Party Committee and the Politburo’s Directive No.5, as well as the programme “Building image of the brave and humane police officers in the people’s heart.

Addressing the meeting, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh emphasized that in order to build the public security force as a Party’s sharp sword as Party Chief Nguyen Phu Trong's instructions in the 72th National Public Security Congress, the Ha Giang Provincial Police in particular and public security forces in general should be more active, brave and humane.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh also instructed the Ha Giang Provincial Police to recognize and praise typical models in the management of officers and soldiers. Each policeman of the Ha Giang Provincial Police should promote self-study and improve specialized skills, and build up an image of the brave and humane police officer in the people’s heart.
