Deputy Minister of Public Security works with Nghe An Police

Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security and his delegation held a working session with Nghe An Public Security Department on October 3.

Working with the delegation were provincial leaders, including Mr. Nguyen Xuan Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Duong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Le Xuan Dai, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Colonel Nguyen Huu Cau, director of the Nghe An Public Security Department.

At the working session, regarding results of the first ten months of 2016, Colonel Nguyen Huu Cau reported that, following directions of the Central Public Security Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council and the People's Committee, provincial police forces have been actively implementing all tasks. They have organized forecast activities to grasp and handle the situation, implemented effective plans to ensure the national security in the whole province.

Speaking at the working session, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh noted and appreciated the efforts of the Nghe An police in order to maintain political security, social order and safety in the province.

He also asked the Nghe An Police to continue to implement all police’s tasks, to actively grasp the situation changes, to understand the internal security situation in order to proactively advise the Provincial Party committees for directions and to ensure internal unity, social order and safety in the province.
