Emulation Grouping 3 reviews “All-People Protecting National Security” movement

PSNews - The meeting saw the participation of leaders of the Hoa Binh Provincial People’s Committee, the Provincial Police Directorates of Emulation Grouping 3.

The Ministry of Public Security held a working session to review the results of the movement “All-People Protecting National Security” in 2017 of Emulation Grouping 3, on May 30, in Hoa Binh city.

The meeting saw the participation of leaders of the Hoa Binh Provincial People’s Committee, the Provincial Police Directorates of Emulation Grouping 3.

Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Khao, Director of the Department of All-People Security Protection Movement briefed participants on outcomes of this movement of 2016 and rolled out working programme in 2017.

In 2016 and the first months of 2017, public security units of Emulation Grouping 3 actively provided good advice for leadership of localities to effectively implement public security missions and achieved good results in various aspects.

In recent years, the movement "All-People Protecting National Security" in the provinces of Emulation Grouping 3 has developed in an intensive and deep manner, contributing to ensuring a peaceful, stable environment and serving local social-economic growth. 

At the meeting, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Son recognized and praised all effort, responsibility and achievement of police units of Emulation Grouping 3.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Son asked public security units of Emulation Grouping 3 to review working results of the first months in 2017 and focus on evaluating 5-year outcomes of implementation of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat's Directive No.9 on "Promoting the Party's leadership in all people protecting national security movement in the new situation."

In particular, Emulation Grouping 3 should be well prepared for activities in celebration of the 50th anniversary of establishment of the Department of All- People Security Protection Movement (June 16, 1967 – 2017).
