Fifth Public Security Forces’ Regulations, Shooting and Martial Arts Competition opens

PSNews - The Ministry of Public Security (MPS) held the opening ceremony of the 5th Public Security Forces’ Regulations, Shooting and Martial Arts Competition in Group 11 in People’s Police College 2, Ho Chi Minh City.

Senior Colonel Le Hong Hiep, Vice Director of the Department of Party and Political Work, Vice Head of the Steering Committee of the Competition, highlighted that this is an activity to mark the 75th Traditional Day of the Public Security Forces (August 19, 1945 – 2020) and 15th Anniversary of the All People Protecting National Security Festival. He added that the MPS in recent years has paid more attention to enhancing practices of the public security regulations, shooting and martial arts and gained various achievements.

Similar events are also organized by public security agencies and units all over the country to assess the agencies and units’ results of training of the public security regulations and martial arts and promote the “For National Security” movement.

The two-day competition has been participated in by 7 teams from various universities, colleges and schools under the MPS in the South.
