Fire Safety & Rescue Vietnam - Secutech Vietnam 2019 opens in HCMC

PSNews - The Fire Safety & Rescue Vietnam - Secutech Vietnam 2019 officially kicked off in Ho Chi Minh City on August 14.

The opening ceremony was attended by Senior Lieutenant General Dang Van Hieu, Former Deputy Minister of Public Security; Major General Doan Viet Manh, Director of the Police Department of Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) and representatives from various relevant branches and agencies.

The event has attracted 300 leading units, organizations, manufacturers and providers specializing in firefighting, security and rescue from 24 countries and territories, including the U.K, India, Croatia, Germany, Taiwan (China), the Netherlands, the USA and Hong Kong.

Thousands of high-end products and services are showcased in 530 booths at the exhibition, including HD and 4K surveillance systems, anti-burglary devices. Audiences can see the latest technologies in firefighting, rescue and security when visiting the expo.

On the same day, the Police Department of Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue signed an agreement with the Singaporean Civil Defence Force, creating an important legal framework for both sides in the field of fire prevention and fighting and rescue.
