General Department of Police has two new Deputy Directors

PSNews - The Central Public Security Party Committee and the Public Security Ministry held a ceremony on November 29th, in Hanoi to hand over appointment decisions to two newly-appointed Deputy Directors of the General Department of Police. 


The decisions read, Major General Pham Van Cac, Chief of the Police Staff Department, and Senior Colonel Nguyen Duy Ngoc, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Municipal Police have been promoted to deputy directors of the General Department of Police.

Under the authorization of the Minister of Public Security, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh, member of the Central Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Public Security handed over the decisions and presented congratulation flowers to Pham Van Cac and Nguyen Duy Ngoc.

General Thanh said, the decisions show the care of the Party, the State, the Central Public Security Party Committee as well as leaders of the Public Security Ministry for the two high-ranking officers.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Thanh also hoped that with their over 30-year working experience, Major General Pham Van Cac and Senior Colonel Nguyen Duy Ngoc will continue improving their political stance, revolutionary virtues, and working capacity in close collaboration with the leadership of the Police  Force to direct police agencies and units under the ministry to successfully fulfill their tasks.
