According to the General Secretary, amid increasingly complex and unpredictable global and regional security developments and the growing, more sophisticated criminal situation, the Security Investigation Force has consistently functioned as a “sharp sword” and a “steel shield,” safeguarding the Party, defending the political system and protecting the People.

As the country is entering a new revolutionary stage, General Secretary To Lam stressed, Security Investigation Force is responsible for not only maintaining political stability and social safety, but also for proactively creating favorable conditions for the nation to effectively implement the Party’s key revolutionary tasks.

To successfully fulfill its political tasks in the new situation, the General Secretary requested the force to take the lead in widely disseminating and resolutely implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress and other strategic Party resolutions, the Resolution of the 8th Congress of the Public Security Central Party Organization and the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Security Investigation Department for the 2025–2030 tenure.
