Over the past time, 89 police officers have been staffed to the communal posts of 25/220 communes and townships of Bac Giang province under Resolution 22 adopted on March 15, 2018, by the Politburo. The Provincial Police Department of Bac Giang has planned to deploy commissioned police officers to 20 more townships and communes by the end of 2019.

Speaking at the working session, Minister To Lam asked the Provincial Police of Bac Giang to continue to select, train and deploy more police officers to communal posts. He also required the Provincial Police Department to explain difficulties faced by deployed police officers to the local authorities so that leaders of the localities render more support to the newly-appointed police officers. The provincial police leadership should also instruct district police stations to well manage officers at communal police posts.
