Ha Tinh provincial police deploy maximum force in response to flood

The Provincial Police Department of Ha Tinh has taken various measures and deployed all forces to ensure security and order, protect the people’s lives and property amid complicated developments of rains and floods in mountainous and coastal areas.

Over the past few days, many places in Ha Tinh witnessed heavy rains. The Director of the provincial police directed all local police units to take measures to minimize losses caused by the natural disasters. Additionally, leaders of the provincial police came to various areas to check and direct the efforts responding to the floods.

All officers and soldiers of the district police stations in the province have been deployed to grasp the situations, especially in localities with high risks of flood and landslide, and be ready to launch quick responses to incidents.

The police forces at the district and communal levels regularly updated local people on the national disaster situation and raised the public awareness of flood and landslide.

In flood-prone communes of Huong Khe, Huong Son, Duc Tho districts, policemen helped local people relocate their property to safe places. Up to now, all police units have prepared their forces and means for all possible incidents caused by floods and rains.
