HCMP holds conference on law dissemination and education

PSNews - The High Command of Mobile Police (HCMP) on December 5 held a conference to disseminate the laws adopted by the National Assembly at its 2nd and 3rd working sessions along with some legal documents related to the Mobile Police Force for key leaders of some Mobile Police units stationed in Hanoi and neighborhoods

Lieutenant General, Professor, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Anh, Director of Department of Legal Affairs and Administrative, Juridical Reforms under the Ministry of Public Security; Lieutenant General Pham Quoc Cuong, Commander of the HCMP; and Lieutenant General Do Duc Kinh, Political Commissar of the HCMP attended the event.

Over the past years, under the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security (MPS), the Mobile Police Force has been continuously growing and is step by step building an elite, modern force, contributing to maintaining stable political security, social order and safety, and creating a peaceful environment for socio-economic development.

Speaking at the event, Lieutenant General Pham Quoc Cuong, Commander of the HCMP said that in 2015, the Mobile Police force actively participated in the contest "Understanding the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam" and won high prizes of the Ministry of Public Security.

He also stressed that, this conference aimed to help key officials understand the basic contents of the newly promulgated legal documents and apply them effectively and appropriately into the implementation of their units’ tasks.

Lieutenant General Pham Quoc Cuong also asked the participating police officers to fully absorb the contents and methods in order to efficiently popularize the legal documents to all officers and soldiers of their units.
