Homeland Security Expo 2017 in Hanoi

PSNews-The Homeland Security Expo 2017, an international exhibition on security equipment, was officially opened by the General Department of Techniques and Logistics (G.D 4 under the MPS) in cooperation with Eifec Company on August 29 at the International Center for Exhibition, Hanoi.

In addition to the booths of the G.D 4, this year’s Homeland Security Expo saw participation of nearly 80 other booths of 50 units from the leading countries in the field of security and defense such as Russia, France, India, South Africa, England, South Korea, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates ... and Vietnam.

Lieutenant General Le Van Minh, General Director of the G.D 4 stressed that the exhibition offered officers, soldiers and professional units of security and defense forces a chance to get access to the most advanced technologies; exchange hands-on experience and in-depth discussions with the world's leading technical experts in the field of manufacturing, integrating security-defense equipment and technologies. At the same time, it helps various units in the Police forces update the development trends, the most advanced techniques from countries around the world, timely orient the development, meeting the requirements of logistics and technical for the law enforcement forces.

This is also an opportunity to enhance international cooperation, share experience, transfer technology between domestic and foreign enterprises as well as to promote Vietnam’s image to the world.
