A 400-square-metter COVID-19 treatment and quarantine center will be erected in the Hoa Khanh industrial park. It will have capacity of 40 beds to treat COVID patients with no or mild symptoms. In case of a surge in infection, some 100 to 200 beds would be added to the center.

The second COVID-19 center will be established in the An Don industrial park in an area of 300 square meter. The center will be expanded if the number of COVID patients rises.

Five medical workers, including doctors, nurses and COVID testers, will always be on duty at each facility.

Da Nang is home to over 80,000 laborers working for 500 businesses in 6 industrial parks.

The COVID-19 treatment and quarantine centers will be built later in December.
