The event also saw the presence of Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People’s Committee Duong Duc Tuan and representatives from relevant public security agencies and contractors.

Covering a total area of 2,070 square meters, the project includes 30 above-ground floors and three basements, with nearly 1,000 square meters for commercial space in the podium section to meet diverse service demands. 

The project is designed to provide a comprehensive, modern and safe living environment while meeting all  quality and efficiency standards for a building.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister Dang Hong Duc emphasized that, under the sound leadership of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security and with the strong support of the Hanoi Party Committee and People’s Committee, the project will meet the practical housing needs of public security officers and enlistees working in the city.

He noted that officers  beneficiary of the project will settle down their lives and have more motivation to perform their duties of safeguarding national security and ensuring social order and safety.

On behalf of the Public Security Central Party Committee and the Ministry’s leadership, Deputy Minister Dang Hong Duc thanked the Hanoi Party Committee and People’s Committee for their effective coordination in completing legal procedures and resolving obstacles related to the project.

He urged the investor and the builder to immediately embark on the construction, ensuring that the project is completed in an early time but it will still have best quality and best design, meeting the expectations of the Public Security Forces. 

The Deputy Minister also called on local departments and authorities to continue close coordination and support so that the project can be finished as planned.
