PSNews - After having processed information from local people and bracing the situation, the Hung Yen Municipal Police Sub-Department detected that the house at No.338, Trieu Quang Phuc street, An Tao ward, Hung Yen City had signs of illegal drug trafficking.

After days monitoring the location and involved subjects, the police force of Hung Yen City, under the leadership of Deputy Director of the Hung Yen Provincial Police Sub-Department Pham The Tung, launched a raid at 8.30 am on December 13 on the house and arrested 4 suspects of drug dealing.

They are Nguyen Hoai Bac, aged 43, the baron of the drug ring; Pham Van Tuan, aged 18, and Dao Van Thiep, aged 22, both residing in Song Mai Commune; and Dao Xuan Loc, aged 20, residing in Luong Bang Town, Hung Yen Province.
