Hung Yen provincial police roll out new plans

Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang, Deputy Minister of Public Security, attended and delivered a keynote speech at a conference at the Hung Yen Provincial Police Department on December 29 to review the local police force’s performance of tasks and roll out new working plans for next year.

The event saw the presence of Party Central Committee’s member and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Do Tien Sy, Vice Permanent Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duy Hung, Vice Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Tran Quoc Toan.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Minister Luong Tam Quang applauded the efforts and achievements of the provincial police in 2020.

Deputy Minister Luong Tam Quang urged the provincial police to seriously and effectively follow resolutions of the Public Security Central Party Committee, directions of the Minister of Public Security on major tasks in 2021 and the following years.

They should effectively prevent and fight all conspiracies and activities by hostile and reactionary forces. They should attach importance to protecting internal political security, while ensuring security and safety during the 13th National Party Congress and the National Assembly Election term 2021 – 2026 as well as political, economic and social events in the province, stressed General Quang.

The Deputy Minister also asked the provincial police to pay more attention to building the communal police force.
