The Lang Son Provincial Police Department held a conference to roll out the local police’s work plan for 2022 on January 12. Major General Le Quoc Hung, Deputy Minister of Public Security attended the conference.

In 2021, the Lang Son police have made great achievements in crime control and firmly maintained security, social order and safety in the locality.

The clearance rate of criminal cases reached 92.66%, including 100% of the serious criminal cases cleared. Meanwhile, criminal cases decreased 7.8% compared to the same period.

Units and officers receive rewards from the Government and Ministry of Public Security for their outstanding achievements.

Praising the Lang Son police for their outstanding achievements in 2021, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Hung also asked the provincial police to promote the application of information technology and improve the effectiveness of the prevention and fight against various types of crimes, especially crimes related to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2022.
