The drive was co-held by the Youth Union Chapter and the Women's Union Chapter of the Traffic Police Department under the Lao Cai Provincial Police Department.

At the extracurricular session, the traffic police officers instructed the students to properlywear helmets and ride bicycles and electric bicycles in accordance with the local traffic situation as well as explained issues related to traffic safety and order.

On this occasion, the Youth Union Chapter and the Women's Union Chapter of the Traffic Police Department under the Lao Cai Provincial Police Department gave 250 packages of gifts and 60 warm blankets to preschool students, 162 packages of gifts toprimary students and 210 gifts and coats to students of La Pan Tan Secondary School in Muong Khuong District.

With the meaningful social activity, the Lao Cai traffic police officers and soldiers eased part of the difficulties of the local students with a hope that they would study better and become good citizens in the future.
