Lao students graduate from Public Security Academy of Politics

The Public Security Political Academy of Politics held a graduation ceremony, to presenting Bachelor’s Degree for students of the 2019-2023D6 fulltime course, academic year 2019-2023.

Director of the Academy Lieutenant General, Phan Xuan Tuy Assoc.iate Professor. Dr. Phan Xuan Tuy, Director of the Academy chaired the ceremony.

In the 2019 - 2020 academic year, the Academy started a 4-year training course for Lao students on Party and State Building. The course offered students a formal university-level training program.

Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant General Phan Xuan Tuy congratulated the students on their success in their course, and thanked the functional units of the Ministry of Public Security, the Representative Office of the Ministry of Public Security of Laos in Vietnam, and the participating lecturers and scientists for their contributions to education and training of the academy in the past time.

He also hoped the graduates will strive to become excellent officers, and actively contribute to the cause of protecting national security and order in Laos as well as to building the special relationship between Vietnam and Laos. The academy will always welcome the Lao students to come back for higher-level and in-depth training courses in the future.
