“Light up Dreams of Public Security Youth” Festival kicks off

PSNews-The Festival themed “Lighting up Dreams for Public Security Youth” was launched in the People’s Police College 1 on November 17 morning.

The event was attended by Lieutenant General Nguyen Xuan Muoi, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the People’s Public Security; Senior Colonel Bui Quang Vu, Rector of People’s Police College I and other participants from various departments and agencies under the Ministry of Public Security (MPS).

The Festival was organized in the implementation of Directive No.42 CT-TW by the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee on strengthening leadership of the Party over the education of revolutionary ideal, morality and cultural lifestyle for the youth in the 2015-2030 period.

Speaking at the event, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Tuan, Permanent Member of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, Chairman of the Public Security Youth Union organization highlighted meaningful activities, including exhibitions and shows to honor innovative ideas and products made by youngsters,and education on traffic regulations. During the festival, outstanding organizations and individuals were awarded with “Students of five good deeds”.

The Standing Committee of the Public Security Youth Union organization believes that the Festival could further promote education of politics and morality for Youth Union members, encourage good deeds on time and light up their dreams and ambitions.

On behalf of the General Department of Politics, Lieutenant General Nguyen Xuan Muoi applauded the Youth Union organization of the People’s Public Security Forces for its creativity and sense of responsibility for organizing the Festival. He also stressed the Festival’s significance in promoting education of morality, cultural lifestyle and law observation for youngsters.
