Minister Luong Tam Quang meets with Rosen Partners CEO

Minister of Public Security General Luong Tam Quang hosted a meeting with Chief Executive Officer of Rosen Partners LLC Daniel Rosen, on March 17 in Hanoi.

The U.S. business side also included CEO of R.MOR LLC Arik Alcalay and representatives of the US-ASEAN Business Council.

At the meeting, Minister Luong Tam Quang affirmed that Vietnam attaches great importance to the Vietnam–United States Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, saying that bilateral cooperation in science and technology, innovation and the digital economy constitutes a key pillar in bilateral relations.

The Minister noted that the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam encourages U.S. enterprises and technology partners to strengthen cooperation with Vietnam, contributing to the country’s goals of digital transformation and high-quality human resource development.

Minister Luong Tam Quang suggested that Rosen Partners, R.MOR and other U.S. enterprises continue to maintain exchanges and share information on emerging technology trends, international experience and appropriate cooperation models in areas of mutual interest, thereby enhancing mutual understanding and laying the groundwork for future bilateral cooperation.

He also welcomed R.MOR and affiliated enterprises of Rosen Partners to Vietnam to seek cooperation opportunity with the Ministry based on the strengths and needs of both sides, particularly in cybersecurity, which is very needed for the country’s development in the current period.

The Minister further proposed that U.S. enterprises and the US-ASEAN Business Council continue to play an active role in promoting sustainable economic and trade relations between the two countries, bringing practical benefits to both sides.

For his part, Rosen Partners CEO Daniel Rosen expressed his appreciation to Minister Luong Tam Quang for his attention and ideas on fostering cooperation with U.S. enterprises.

He highly valued Vietnam’s vision in promoting digital transformation, innovation and the development of secure and sustainable digital infrastructure, affirming that Rosen Partners and R.MOR are committed to pursuing substantive cooperation with units under the Ministry of Public Security as well as other Vietnamese partners.

He also expressed confidence that joint efforts by both sides would further promote the prosperous development of Vietnam–U.S. relations.
