Minister of Public Security receives outgoing Japanese Ambassador

On September 21, in Hanoi, Senior Lieutenant General To Lam, Minister of Public Security received Mr. Hiroshi Fukada, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan in Vietnam who paid a farewell visit at the end of his term of office in Viet Nam.

At the reception in Ha Noi, Minister of Public Security To Lam has highly valued efforts of the ambassador to Vietnam during his term of office in Viet Nam. Minister of Public Security emphasized that, Mr. Hiroshi Fukada has made great contributions to strengthening friendship and cooperative ties between the two countries and the relationship between Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam and law enforcement agencies in Japan.

Along with the development of cooperative relations between the two countries, the cooperation between the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam and relevant agencies of Japan will continue to be strengthened, he added.

Minister of Public Security wished that, Mr. Hiroshi Fukada will continue to promote the Japan-Viet Nam relations in the future.

Mr. Hiroshi Fukada has expressed his thanks to the Ministry of Public Security for its fine sentiments in working term in Vietnam.

Mr. Hiroshi Fukada also affirmed that, he will continue to do his best to consolidate the cooperation between Vietnam and Japan.
