Minister To Lam attends the Great National Unity Festival in Nghe An province

The 2nd Annual Conference of Ministers of Public Security and Interior of Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam took place, on the morning of June 30, in the Cambodian capital city of Phnom Penh.
