At the event, best Youth Union members working in the Public Security Forces were also honored with the "Typical Young Face of the Public Security Forces" title for their excellent achievements in 2022.

The meeting and dialogue drew the attendance of Politburo member and Minister of Public Security To Lam, member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, alternate member of the Party Central Committee and First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Bui Quang Huy, assistant to the Politburo member and Minister of Public Security Lieutenant General To An Xo,

Director of the Party and Political Affairs Department Lieu tenant General Nguyen Ngoc Toan, Chief of Office of the Ministry of Public Security Senior Colonel Dang Hong Duc, representatives from agencies and units under the Ministry of Public Security as well as Youth Union delegates from public security agencies and units, including 20 typical young public security officers in 2022 and 75 young officers working at communal police posts with excellent achievements at work.

According to him, hundreds of Youth Union members and young public security officers were rewarded various awards from the Prime Minister while thousands of others received Certificates of Merit from the Minister of Public Security, other agencies and local governments in 2022.

Speaking at the meeting, Minister To Lam praised the efforts and the results and achievements that the officers, union members and youth of the whole force have achieved in recent times. At the meeting, Minister To Lam praised the Youth Union organization of the Public Security Forces for its vanguard role in every aspect of work, 20 “"Typical young face of the police" title winners for their great achievements and role-models in doing their duties, and 75 young communal-level police officers for their effort to overcome difficulties and successfully fulfill their tasks.

Minister To Lam emphasized that the Youth Union chapters in the Public Security Forces should always play the vanguard role and be the core force in all working fields while young public security officers should continuously study, train and be ready to undertake and successfully complete all assigned tasks.

Minister To Lam also suggested that Party committees and leaders of agencies and units at all levels should pay attention to and take care of developing the Youth Union chapters as well as Youth Union members and young officers, and create the most favorable conditions for them to develop themselves and devote to the Party, Fatherland and people.

After the meeting, there was also a dialogue in which the Minister of Public Security and the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union answered questions from officers in charge of Youth Union affairs and Youth Union delegates working in the Public Security Forces.
