Minister To Lam presents gifts to Tan Yen 1 High School in Bac Giang

The 2nd Annual Conference of Ministers of Public Security and Interior of Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam took place, on the morning of June 30, in the Cambodian capital city of Phnom Penh.
