Minister To Lam receives U.S Ambassador to Vietnam Daniel Kritenbrink

PSNews – Senior Lieutenant General To Lam, Minister of Public Security, received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to Vietnam Daniel Kritenbrink on April 16, in Hanoi. 

At the meeting, Senior Lieutenant General To Lam expressed delight at the fine developments in the bilateral relations between Vietnam and the US, saying that the bilateral relationship saw many positive results in the fields of politics, economy, culture, security and defense.

Additionally, Minister To Lam pointed out that, in recent years, the cooperation between the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam and the law enforcement agencies of the US also achieved important outcomes, contributing to maintaining the stable and sustainable development of each country in particular and in the region in general.

He also hoped that in the coming time, Ambassador Daniel Kritenbrink would continuously contribute to fostering bilateral relations between the two sides as well as between the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security and the US law enforcement agencies.

For his part, Ambassador Daniel Kritenbrink thanked Minister To Lam and the Ministry of Public Security for the warm welcome, affirming that the US side highly appreciated the Comprehensive Partnership with Vietnam and considered Vietnam as a key partner in the region.

At the same time, he also vowed to do his best to strengthen the cooperation between the two countries during his term of office.
