The experimental school, where a statue of President Ho Chi Minh is located, was one of the first schools in Ulan Bator. It has maintained twin relations with the Chu Van An High School in Hanoi.

The Central Committee of the Mongolian People’s Party named the school after President Ho Chi Minh in 1980, marking the 90th birthday of Uncle Ho. Minister To Lam offered flowers and paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his statue.

The school has some 2,700 students. The graduation ceremony of the school is also held annually on the birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19).

Naadam, standing for “festival” or “sport festival”, including horse racing, wrestling and archery, is held to honor men with muscle strength and masculinity. The most exciting sport event in the traditional Naadam is horse racing organized in the outskirts of Ulan Bator.
