Mobile Police Command and DIC promote cooperation

A cooperation deal has been signed between the Mobile Police Command and the Department of Information and Communication (DIC) under the Ministry of Public Security on June 20.

The event saw the presence of Major General Le Ngoc Chau, Mobile Police Commander and Major General Do Trieu Phong, Director of the DIC, and leaders of the two units.

Speaking at the event, Major General Le Ngoc Chau extended best wishes to Major General Do Trieu Phong and other leaders, officers, journalists at the DIC on the occasion of the 98th Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day.

He stated that the Mobile Police Command highly valued the support and coordination of the DIC with the force over the past time, saying that the public security press and media had truly and vividly reflected major activities and achievements of the Mobile Police Force.

Major General Do Trieu Phong thanked the mobile police leaders and officers for their visit to the DIC on the Press Day.

He briefed delegates on the major activities and outstanding work results of the DIC in recent times, noting that the cooperation between the two units had been close and efficient, and that all public security press and media agencies under the DIC had closely followed activities of the Mobile Police Force.

In order to effectively realize the comprehensive coordination program   between the two units, the DIC will continue to direct its relevant subunits to coordinate with the non-public security press and media agencies to cover key work aspects of the Mobile Police Force, especially the force’s implementation of Resolution No. 12 of the Politburo and the celebration of the 50th founding anniversary of the Mobile Police Force.
