Mobile Police helps local people in Quang Nam

PSNews- Mobile Police Battalion No.3 supported people of Tra Ka commune in filling and repairing more than 8km of rural roads, dredging canals, clearing village roads and alleys; as well as visited and presented gifts, and provided free checkups and medicines to policy families, poor children.

Bac Tra My is a mountainous district of Quang Nam. 70% of the  population is of ethnic minorities.

The land is famous for revolutionary traditions, and has the historical site of Security Area 5.

In response to the Youth Month of 2017 and implementation of the first phase of mass mobilization work in 2017, from March 9 to March 31, Mobile Police Battalion 3 (stationed in Hoa Thuan ward, Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province), of the Central Region Regiment of Mobile Police under the Command of Mobile Police) drew up a plan to deploy more than 100 officers and soldiers to do the mass mobilization activities in Tra Ka commune, Bac Tra My district.

Officers and soldiers of the battalion backed local people in filling and repairing 8 km of rural roads, dredging canals, cleaning village roads and fixing the local school.

They also offered free health checkups and medicines to local people, and presented 20 gifts to policy households and children.

Their voluntary activities have contributed to beautifying the image of policemen in the people’s eyes.
