The 3rd meeting of the Steering Committee on developing the project “Building revolutionary, regular, elite and modern Public Security Forces by 2030” took place on September 28 in Hanoi.

General To Lam, Politburo Member, Minister of Public Security and Head of the Steering Committee, chaired the event.

The meeting also saw the presence of Deputy Ministers Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Son and Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, and members of the Steering Board and the Editorial Team of the project.

At the meeting, Major General Hoang Duc Lung, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel reported the Steering Committee and delegates on the related situation and progress of the building of the scheme.

Speaking at the event, Minister To Lam highly appreciated the work results of the Editorial Team. He suggested that delegates actively comment on the draft project in a responsible, active and efficient manner.

The involved units were required to complete their assigned subprojects.

The Standing Agency of the Editorial Team should seriously consider ideas and opinions, complete the draft project, and report the results to the Public Security Central Party Committee, leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, relevant ministries and central branches.
