MPS discusses plans to ensure logistics and techniques

PSNews – The Ministry of Public Security (MPS) held a conference on February 14 to discuss plans on finance, logistics and techniques issues, traffic safety; custody and detention management and movement of all people protecting national security.

Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Minister of Public Security chaired the Conference.

Speaking at the event, Deputy Minister Son applauded the efforts and achievements of the logistics and finance sector, the traffic police force, the custody and detention management force and other forces of the Public Security Force, that had tried their best to synchronously and successfully implement their assigned tasks.

He also asked the Traffic Police Department to coordinate with local traffic police forces to ensure traffic order and safety for the 2019 spring festive season.

Deputy Minister Son also urged custody and detention management units to ensure absolute security and safety of all detention centers, take steps to implement the 2019 Plan on early conditional release of prisoners while promoting public education raising the awareness and sense of responsibility of the community in managing the early released prisoners.

He requested the force responsible for promoting security and order movements to call on people from all walks of life to participate in ensuring security and order.

The finance, logistics and technique sector was also asked to strictly observe legal regulations on these fields and implement approved plans and projects in accordance with the laws.
