Congratulating the incoming Israeli Ambassador on his new appointment, Minister To Lam wished the ambassador a successful term of office in Vietnam, contributing to promoting the ties and cooperation between the two countries and between the Ministry of Public Security (MPS) and relevant agencies of Israel.

Minister To Lam expressed his pleasure over the remarkable developments in the friendship and cooperation between the two countries and expressed his belief that 2023 would mark an important milestone when the two countries celebrate the 30th anniversary of the diplomatic relations establishment.

The minister also highly valued the cooperation in security between the MPS of Vietnam and relevant agencies of Israel over the past time.

He hoped that the two sides would further cooperate in various areas in the future.

Ambassador Yaron Mayer expressed his thanks to the Vietnamese official for his reception, and highlighted that he in his capacity as the Israeli Ambassador to Vietnam would do his best to contribute to strengthening the relationship between the two countries, especially in security.
